Shipping Policy

We aim to fulfill all orders as soon as possible. US territories using P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS Priority.

Please contact info@maileodesigns.com for any questions or requests regarding shipping methods, or address changes. Customers will be notified of a proper tracking number for your order once it has been fulfilled.

The following timeline can be utilized strictly as a guideline for estimate delivery times:


Domestic: USPS Priority Mail / 1 – 5 business days

Please note delivery times may vary depending on location, and we do not guarantee these delivery times due to third-party factors beyond our control. We also ask our customers to kindly provide a telephone number when placing your orders. This will help tremendously in making sure orders are cleared and arrive in your hands in a proper time frame.

International shipments are all via USPS International or DHL.

For International Orders: If you refuse your package/s based on either not being able to retrieve from USPS, we are under no obligation to issue a refund and you forfeit the items.

Orders to Canada are shipped via USPS International or DHL.

When you order internationally, not only do you pay for the item/s and our shipping rate for the item/s to get to you, you are additionally responsible for the destination country's international tariff fees which we cannot predict. You are responsible for the international tariff fees and if you refuse to pay them upon receiving the package, it will then be sent back to us (or placed in abandonment) and you will forfeit not only the item but all fees paid to Maileo Designs, including the cost of item/s.




Return Policy

Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for store credit. Please note that all sale items are final and cannot be returned. Returned items should be unworn with the original tag still attached.

If you'd like to make a return, you must email info@maileodesigns.com from the email you placed your order with and include your order # and reason for return.  Please read our policies below prior to submitting your request. 

  1. Defective items must be in unused, resalable condition with all original packaging intact and price tags attached with the original invoice.  We will provide a return shipping label for any defective items.

  2. Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the return merchandise and will be given in the original form of payment.

  3. We will not accept any returns delivered to us without any prior communication and written agreement between us and the customer. Please make sure all items to be returned are properly packaged and traceable with a proper tracking number. We also recommend insuring the package for the full amount of value. We do not accept or assume responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods while in transit from the customer. Once the returned items have been inspected and confirmed, a full refund will be issued to the customer (minus original shipping charges, unless otherwise stated).

We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. 

 

Lastly, if we made a mistake in processing your order - E KALA MAI! This ONLY includes incorrect or damaged item being shipped. In this case we will also refund your original shipping charge. Please contact info@maileodesigns.com with your order number and the item number of the merchandise that you received as well as the item you were expecting. We'll send you a return shipping label. If we have the correct item in stock, we'll ship it to you once the incorrect item is received. If the item is no longer available, we'll credit your original form of payment.
